Claim Missing Time Points

I understand that it may take up to 14 working days for the claim process to be completed.

I confirm that the RWAs for which I am claiming missing time points have not been added to the RWA pool for calculation.

I understand that only RWAs that have not been transferred or added to the RWA pool for calculation in the first 6 months are eligible for claiming missing time points.

I understand that if any of my RWAs have been added to the RWA pool for calculation, my claim will not be approved, as this indicates account activity.

I acknowledge that the final decision regarding the claim of missing time points rests with the platform administrators.

If your claim is successful, the time points will be deposited into your account within 6 to 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this processing period.
